2. Het maalproces
Binnen enkele uren na de pluk worden onze olijven naar de molen gebracht om de versheid te behouden. We gebruiken koude extractie om alle natuurlijke voedingsstoffen, smaken en gezondheidsvoordelen van de olie te behouden. Geen chemicaliën, geen hitte – alleen pure, natuurlijke goedheid.
